Mo-Hud Car Show at the Saratoga Auto Museum, May 14, 2005

We were invited by the Saratoga Auto Museum to display some of our cars at the museum's annual car show on May 14th. The big show, 300-400 cars, is one of the museum's big fund raisers. It is held on the grounds of the Saratoga Performing Arts Center, immediately behind the museum building. Tickets to the car show include admission to the museum and they like to put on some additional displays in the front of the building. We appreciate the support of museum Board member Ron Hedger who invites us each year.

We had 7 cars there this year. They were lined up in the lawn in front of the building, along side the big MoHud banner. All visible from the main road through the state park. A very nice location. Thanks to all the participants: Jeff Lehner (SRF), John Fallone (EP Caterham), Todd Boice (ITE Camaro), Bob Stevens (Vintage Mustang GT 350), Arn Beebe (Solo Mustang), Bruce Kosakowsky (Solo BMW) and Tom Campbell (SM). A nice cross section of cars. A lot of people stopped by and we had many pleasant conversations about the club and our activities. The weather threatened showers but they didn't materialize. All participants received free tickets to the show and the museum.

Also on that day the 2005 Tour Del Sol made a stop at the museum for the weekend. In addition to displays at the car show they held a solo event in the SPAC parking lot. MoHud had a presence here also as Bruce Kosakowsky, Jim Bucci, and others helped set up and staff the event.

A great time was had by all and the club got some good visibility and we were able to give back a little to the community. Thanks to everyone who helped out and we'll see you all again next year.
