	General Information Schedule of Region Events Message Forum Application Form and Information downloads General membership meeting When General membership meetings are held the first Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM. (Note: The Banquet at Mallozzi's on Nov. 30, 2007 replaces the December meeting. There will be no membership meeting in December Info and Reservations Where Orchard Tavern 68 North Manning Blvd. Albany, NY (518) 482-5677 Directions to the Orchard kindly furnished by Dick Stewart: Going west on I-90,Exit 5 take a left onto Everett Rd. cross over 90 and through the East Ramp light to the next traffic light and take a left onto Watervliet St. Going east on I-90 Exit 5 take a right onto Everett Rd. and go to the next traffic light and take a left onto Watervliet St. All -Go past the ABC Bowling Alley, through the next light and down the hill.   The next right should be N. Manning Blvd., take it and go up the hill. The Orchard is just at the top on the right. #68 Pizza with a variety of toppings is served at the meeting. Some of the members come a little early and have dinner at the Orchard or just socialize. Information about joining our Region Why should I join, I don't race? It's not  necessary to be "into" competition as a participant. Many of our members don't compete, but enjoy the excitement and sense of accomplishment they get by participating in events as flaggers, timers, registrars, rally check point officials or in some other capacity. Good company and good times are the rule Why should I join, I don't own a sports car? Well, neither do most of our members! Only a desire to be involved in the sport is required. Can my family join too? Sure. There are many levels of membership for individuals, youngsters and entire families. Discounts are give for family membership. I'm sold, what do I do now? E-Mail Dave for membership information, fee schedules and so on. Dave can also e-mail you an application form. Send the form with the appropriate fee directly to the national office. Call our membership chairman, Dave Wachtel for information about joining the Mohawk Hudson Region of the Sports Car Club of America. Visit the SCCA national web site. Our region number is 065. Download an application form, fill it out and send or fax it to the National Office with the appropriate fee.
