If your browser "stalls" when attempting to view the KO in your browser, click the right mouse button over the PDF format link for the KO, then save it as a file on your local machine. Then open it from there in the Adobe reader. If this doesn't work... The problem seems to be related the Zone Alarm firewall program when the computer is on a LAN and communicates with the Internet through a Linksys Router. You may have to temporarily disable Zone Alarm (AKA EZ Trust EZ Firewall if you have Roadrunner) firewall to successfully download the file. As of April, 2008 it seems that the download problems have gone away. If you are running the latest Zone Alarm, or CA Security Suite which uses different firewall software, you should have no trouble viewing PDF files.
