It is with great sadness that I must report that after a shot illness our friend and former Assistant RE Paul Tariello has passed away.

The board of directors and membership extends condolences to his wife Pat, sons Paul and Nicholas, parents Paul Sr. and Anne and to his other family members and many friends.

Throughout his racing career, he won many races that he shouldn't have won in his 84' Reynard simply by dint of extraordinary talent and courage. He was a great competitor, associate and friend. To all of our loss, he didn't win his final race but he did exhibit his usual and extraordinary courage and grace in the attempt.

Funeral arrangements have been made and are as follows:

The wake will be held Sunday, January 3, 2004 at:

DeMarco Stone Funeral Home
5216 Western Tpk, Guilderland (Across from the town hall)

Visiting hours are from 4:00 to 7:00 PM

The funeral will be held on Monday at 10:00 AM, January 5, 2004 from the same location.
